Five Chocolate Treats to Gift Your Valentine in Seattle

This week, Serious Eats posted my article about five chocolate treats to gift your Valentine in Seattle. An excerpt:

With all the chocolate options around the city, Seattle’s becoming a bit of a chocolopolis. In fact, Chocolopolis is the name of one of our finer chocolate shops, and a must-stop when searching for Valentine’s Day gifts. With the most interesting selection of chocolate bars, truffles, and more in the city, anything off Chocolopolis’ shelves will meet with approval.

Of course that’s not the only option, and I’ve scoured the city to set you up with other chocolate favorites including brownies, macarons, filled figs, mousse, and molten cakes. Bring home any and all of these, and your loved one will simply love you more on Valentine’s Day—or any day.

For more information about the double chocolate figs from Fran’s Chocolates (pictured) as well as my picks from Chocolopolis, Cafe de Lion, Crumble & Flake, and Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery, check out the Serious Eats story, here.
