- The Nostrana salad (like a radicchio Caesar)
- Small plates: zuppa arcidossana, parched wheat orecchiette, Sicilian farmer’s bruschetta
- Paglia e fieno: Spinach and egg fettucine with tuna cream sauce, garlic, pea shoots, parsley and fava beans
- We say pizza, they say pizze: Margherita and luganega
- Nostrana’s pizza oven

I get intense cravings for the Nostrana salad. In fact, I think of dreamt of it before… seriously.
